Green Owl Tuition offers 1:1 private tuition sessions with the aim to build confidence and ability through personalised learning. 1:1 tuition allows specific tailoring of each session to the student’s particular needs, giving them the freedom to ask questions and to be taught in a style that suits them. It helps to embed key skills, building on these foundations to make significant progress.

Virtual 1:1

Since the first lock down in March 2020, Green Owl Tuition has been offering live virtual 1:1 lessons. These are conducted using a free video call site, enabling tuition to continue due to either distance or preference. Resources are adapted and teaching styles changed in order to make this form of 1:1 just as effective as live face-to-face sessions. Online whiteboards and interactive documents are all used.
