Launched in January, 2022, for ages 9+, Firebird Theatre offers both technical and artistic aspects to each class. The Artistic segments are performance and developmental based. Ideal for those wishing to learn dance for the pure joy of its artistry. They work towards stage work and follow Firebird Theatre’s own unique choreography. The Technical segments teach syllabus work in various disciplines. I have studied dance for nearly thirty years, taking exams in a range of dance styles, including ballet, tap, jazz, musical theatre, ballroom and Latin. Additionally, I have been a choreographer of local shows in Maldon for twelve years, teaching adults and juniors. Seven of these shows I wrote original scripts for.

In 2022 I became a Registered Teacher with BBOdance (RT). Being a Registered Teacher with BBOdance permits me to teach their syllabi and present pupils for Graded Examinations.
